Contract or Contract to Hire

Remote now but will be on site in Milwaukie, WI

REQUIRED:

15+ years of IT experience

10 years in enterprise architecture or technology architecture

ERP implementation and integration experience

Oracle Financials

Program Manager

Leadership

Relevant IT skills and certifications, including technical/ product-specific

Project management / PMP certification or PRINCE2

ITIL certification

Finance experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Ability to work with different time zones

Nice to Have:

Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, and Oracle Cloud)

Enterprise Architecture certifications (TOGAF, Agile - SAFe, Scrum)

Experience in additional business functions, such as sales, consultancy,

Master's degree in IT, finance, law or other relevant discipline

SUMMARY/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

The purpose of the Enterprise Architect is to advise the wider organization on how technology can be harnessed to increase business value.

This is done by market and vendor research, creating reference architectures for common design patterns, evaluating new products and initiatives, providing design and implementation guidance throughout the solution lifecycle



  • Responsible for creating the global reference architecture and designs for critical company systems (global, regional and support of local projects)

  • Responsible for ensuring reuse of design artifacts as part of creating a consistent IT operating model

  • Acts as the lead point of contact for one or more technology areas globally

  • Responsible for sharing and enforcing best practices across projects, business divisions and geographies

  • Facilitating, coaching and nurturing relationships with suppliers and key vendors, including embedded outsourced teams

  • Adopts a product-based and solutions mindset - creating internal "products" or solutions which can be reused, and capable of researching or clarifying an ambiguous or undefined area independently

  • Responsible for creating solution proposals, presentations and recommendations for senior IT and business leadership

  • Responsible for explaining the business value of a solution to stakeholders at all levels
