Overview Due to an upcoming retirement, we have an exciting opportunity
join our global IT as a Lead SAP Business Analyst - FICO. This is a
hybrid position and can be based at our office in Milwaukee, WI or
Chicago, IL (near O\'Hare). In this role you will lead global support
for all finance applications within Komatsu. Key Job Responsibilities
Ensure Finance business requirements for various Financial accounting,
Treasury, and Tax packages and related functions are translated into
detailed functional specifications and consider cross functional
impacts, associated risks, cost benefit analysis, business
justification, audit guidelines and global support requirements Develop
and oversee project plans, resource and capacity planning, testing,
deployment, and documentation processes Reviews, analyzes and evaluates
business systems and user needs Documents requirements, defines scope
and objectives and formulates systems to parallel overall business
strategies Enhance and support Product costing, Financial reporting and
consolidation processes Meet regularly with Finance leadership to build
strong partnerships and ensure alignment. Mentor highly functional and
technical teammates through daily and project related opportunities.
Manage complex projects including application development package
roll-out. Work directly with business partners to define, scope and
implement solutions in alignment with business initiatives. Work
directly with AMS staff to ensure project/support deliveries Work
directly with vendor partnerships to augment staff capabilities. Manage
budgetary spend for multiple projects and accounts when needed
Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in information
technology, information science or a related field 8+ years of
experience in as SAP FI/CO business analyst, Sr. business analyst or

of experience working in a large, complex organization. Ability to lead

line. Experience working on or within project initiatives with specific
experience in financial analysis, budgeting, communication, marketing,
change management Ability to influence without authority numerous groups
across the organization to get others on board with prioritization,
consistency and outcomes Ability to effectively communicate and
disseminate a portfolio roadmap of FX capability work. Strategic
thinking to integrate market/competition, alignment with Career
