Responsibilities:
  • Be accountable for overall client satisfaction and retention.
  • Perform network assessment for the client and review products/service components.
  • Facilitate meetings and technology strategy sessions with clients to include advice on trends and opportunities within their environment.
  • Compile, lead, and manage strategic client technology reviews.
  • Proactively complete and update Technology Roadmap with assigned clients.
  • Serve as a product line subject matter expert.
  • Build and manage relationships within client base.
  • Recommend capabilities within clients solution offering.
  • Perform and/or organize on-site technical support as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years network administration experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in cloud technologies.
  • MCSE/MCTS, CNE, Mac or other advanced certifications preferred.
  • Desire to assist others to succeed.
  • Excellent organizational skills including task management and follow through.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent client interaction skills.
  • Intermediate or advanced project management skills.
