Coffee With A Conscience® (CWAC) is the social business venture of the Wisconsin Women's Business Initiative Corporation (WWBIC). We operate a café and provide catering out of our Schlitz Park location.
We are seeking a part-time Barista (approx. 15-20 hours/week) to serve up delicious coffee, awesome customer service, and excitement for our cause. The hours of the café are Monday - Friday, 7:00am 2:00pm, with limited special events outside of typical hours.
Specific responsibilities include: Opening the café, providing top-notch service and high quality beverages to café customers, ensuring a clean/organized environment, cash handling, and representing CWAC at events as needed.
Previous barista experience required additional training will also be provided! In addition, retail customer service, professional & friendly communication skills, and reliability are required. Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast paced environment alone, as well as with a fellow barista.
