Oak Barrel Public House is looking to hire a social and friendly Bar Manager with a team mentality, a positive and bright personality, a well connected social media following, relevant knowledge of the downtown / east side market, and a strong work ethic.
Someone with a true passion for all things bar and customer service related who knows how to throw a party, create a fun vibe behind the bar, and strives to grow business. Experience setting up organizational systems and maintaining a spotless bar is a must. Previous experience in casual or fine dining required. Table service experience required. Extensive knowledge of craft beer, whiskey, and cocktails is highly preferred.
Must be available to work nights until bar close and weekends. Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 40 lbs. Must be able to multi task and lead a team in a fast paced work environment.
