Birch + Butcher is searching for a full-time bartender to lead our team!
Our ideal candidate has:
- At least 5 years experience tending bar at a full-service restaurant.
- Excellent wine and beer knowledge, and experience creating craft cocktails.
- Leadership experience to motivate and hold accountable co-workers.
- A great personality with a focus on excellent guest experience.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized bar.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and recipes and interest in teaching others.
- Experience with ordering, inventory and bar costs is a plus!
