Looking for a well rounded, highly motivated, creative individual to work various hot & cold food stations throughout fine dining ala carte and banquet facilities. The ability to make quick, well thought out decisions & work well with others is a must. Consults with dining service personnel during daily pre-shift meetings & insists upon meticulous kitchen cleanliness & maintaining the highest quality level of food on a daily basis.
Prior experience in a fast paced, high volume kitchen setting preferred.
Pay is commensurate upon experience. Culinary degree preferred.
Entry level positions available. Possible apprenticeship for the right candidate.
