Im a licensed residential contractor and I need someone competent and skilled in carpentry ( installation of windows, drywall, framing, etc). Any additional skills would be a plus. Im currently in need of someone who knows how to install springs and cables for a garage door. Ill pay you $150 cash for that. This can definitely be a part time job for you.
