Responsibilities:
-Maintains a safe working environment in the warehouse and on site
-Maintains production and quality by decorating, refurbishing, and redecorating holiday orders
-Oversees our holiday staff and works on site during installs
-Develops and designs holiday pieces
-Client servicemeets with clients and puts together proposals based on their needs and does renewal sales
-Develops their staff of elves
Qualifications:
-3-5 years of holiday design experience
-Completion of a certified design program or 3-5 years of experience working under someone who was
-Valid Wisconsin Driver License with a clean record
-Professional Appearance
-Strong Communications
