Job Duties:
- Cut lawns
- Clean lawns
- Trim lawns
- Trim bushes
- Trim trees (light trimming)
- Prepare and maintain mulch beds
- Light cleaning (interior and exterior)
- Any other duties to beautify and maintain the properties
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Operate a riding zero-turn lawnmower
- Drive a pickup truck while pulling a trailer
- Operate gas-powered trimmer, hedger, and blower
- Work long hours in summer heat performing physical labor
- Valid driver's license
- Valid auto insurance
