This is a great job for somebody who enjoys hands-on projects and loves to work outside.
We are two residential properties in need of exterior maintenance work from late-spring to early-fall. Locations are in Pewaukee, Oconomowoc, and New Berlin.
⢠Must be 17 yr. or older (by first day of work)
⢠Starting pay is $12-$15 per hour depending on experience and work ethic; opportunity for pay raises
⢠5-15 hours per week
⢠Must be available to work at least 2 hours every Friday
⢠You schedule rest of hours throughout week
⢠Must have own transportation; willing to transport equipment and supplies
⢠Must be able to work independently and communicate with property manager
Examples of tasks listed below.
⢠***Mulching and weeding
⢠Maintaining gravel driveway
⢠Splitting wood
⢠***Operating a power washer
⢠***Using extension ladders
⢠Cleaning gutters
⢠***Spray painting and brush painting
⢠Other miscellaneous exterior tasks
⢠Experience with operating chainsaw is a plus, but not required
⢠Having own trailer is a plus, but not required
