Superior Lakefront Services & Retzlaff Marine are hiring for the 2019/2020 season. We are a growing full-service marine company located in Oconomowoc. Full and part time positions available.
We can be flexible and work around your schedule.
Positions available:
Crew Foreman – Will train the right candidate
Pier & boat lift crew (no experience necessary)
General shop and lot help (can be after school)
Some things we do:
Build, Install, Remove, and service Piers and Boat lifts
Shoreline maintenance
Pick up, deliver, service, winterize, and store Boats and PWC’s
The ideal candidate must have a reliable transportation to work and some of the following skills:
A love of the water, boats, and the marine environment.
Experience driving boats or a truck with trailers a plus.
Some experience in construction/general labor/landscape fields a plus
Mechanical abilities in any field a plus
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
Pay is based on experience and performance.
Oconomowoc, Okauchee, Waukesha, Delafield, Lake Country areas.
