Mandel Group, Inc. is looking for a full-time Seasonal Groundskeeper for the summer months, split between three apartment communities all located in Brookfield, WI.
Applicants should have some technical experience, as they work on maintaining great curb appeal/grounds duties and building exteriors (light changes, light painting, etc.). Individuals who are highly motivated and work well in a team, as well as with limited supervision, are preferred. Youll provide professional and courteous grounds services to Mandel residents through timely completion of simple work order requests, upkeep of the grounds and trash removal. Youll be an integral part of the apartment community team, ensuring the site looks its best every day.
This position is seasonal but has the opportunity for further growth within the Company. Starting rate of $11/hour, based on experience.
General Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
o Trash removal, including disposing of pet waste;
o Trash pickup, watering, and grounds maintenance;
o Painting, cleaning, removing of items, etc. from common areas;
o Assist Techs with make-readys and work orders in a thorough, timely, reliable, safe and satisfactory manner;
o Assist in overall efforts to enhance curb appeal and retention of residents;
o Identify life safety issues or other potential liabilities at the site
o Strive to continuously meet or exceed resident satisfaction.
In order to be successful in this position, the following are required skills:
o Possess a desire always do your best and have excellent customer service skills;
o Ability to work independently or as a team;
o May require a valid drivers license, as some locations require driving.
