The perfect candidate for our Service Department Foreman position has experience supervising a crew of 2 to 3 people, ensures the crew is operating to optimize safety, service, quality and production and is a TEAM player that works well with others.
Requirements for the position are as follows
Working Knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
Good communication, leadership, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Experience with Single Ply’s EPDM, TPO, PVC
Experience in Built-Up roofing a Plus
Ability to do daily paperwork
Knowledge of safety regulations for roofing
A Valid Driver’s License
Ability to climb up and down Ladders
