What You Will Do

As an Associate with Ascension, you will have the opportunity to initiate, plan and coordinate marketing and/or public relation functions for the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and manages events, programs, and screenings sponsored by the organization.

  • Coordinates and distributes content for marketing and advertising materials.

  • Oversees the logistics and production of marketing materials, campaigns and special projects.

  • Organizes events and delivers event materials in a timely and cost-effective manner

  • Analyze data to determine marketing campaign efficiency.

  • Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.

  • Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results, and project recommendations for senior management team.

  • Adept with basic elements and principles of graph design for Brand Central software support.

  • Monitor and respond to social media and reviews/engagement and inbound messages for each region, including managing budgets for boosted social media posts and campaigns based on local needs

  • Create events around community initiatives on Facebook and promote market stories during health awareness occasions and other seasonal/timely opportunities

  • Enhance provider profiles with key access points for a robust online presence, draft and schedule social media posts around market priorities and provider availability/promotion

  • Track online campaigns and present summary findings to team

  • Engage with PR and Talent Acquisition teams/colleagues to enhance online brand and messaging across all channels

What You Will Need

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required

Work Experience:

  • 3 years of experience preferred
  • Basic graphic and design computer skills preferred
  • Experience with CRM tool preferred
