Cornerstone Composites has immediate openings for Machine Operators.
In this position you will be trained on using transfer and injection molding machines. On-the-job instruction is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have a willingness to learn and improve. This role requires you to position, weigh, and secure material into a press mold. Responsibilities require candidate to continuously observe operation of the press machine to ensure products meet specifications.
Detailed oriented and production oriented
Monitor press and follow process guide operations manual
Verify correct material and understanding the material handling systems
Assist with general troubleshooting
Communicate with Supervisor and Quality Assurance Inspector to verify parts are meeting tolerances and customer requirements
Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers.
