Carlson Specialty Temps is looking for an Office Assistant in our Wauwatosa location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to recruitment, administrative support and scheduling.
An Office Assistant must be an excellent communicator, able to foster relationships with people, and business partners. Potential candidates for the position should have experience in telephone communication and computer knowledge. The goal is to ensure that Carlson’s staffing requirements are always met and employees work in a friendly, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Assist Managers in overseeing all scheduling needs
Recruit/fill vacancies in a timely manner
Support candidate screening and hiring processes
Assist in invoicing and documentation support
Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
Requirements
Proven experience as office Assistant or similar position a plus
Experience in planning, onboarding, hiring etc.
Outstanding organizational skills with high level of detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Reliable with a respect to confidentiality
Experience in hospitality, business administration or relevant field is a plus
Qualifications:
At least 2 years experience
High school diploma required Associates preferred
Pay is hourly DOE and highly competitive.
30-40 Hours/week.
