Office Manager / Admin Assistant position for a commercial property maintenance company.
This is a full-time Monday - Friday 8-4pm job. MUST be dependable and punctual
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage calendars and appointments
- Serve as the first point of contact by interacting with customers and vendors
- Manage office paperwork, spreadsheets and ensure that monthly invoicing is completed on time
- Follow up with customers on outstanding estimates and money collection
- Communicate cross-functionally within the office and across the company, maintaining accurate and up to date information on our internal website about the local office
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of related experience
- Exceptional customer-service skills
- Excellent written and professional verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Motivated with the ability to work with little direct supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- Proficient in ALL Microsoft Office Suite Programs
- Ability to type 35-50 wpm.
