Preferred Home Care LLC is now hiring for an Office Manager/ Administrative Assistant.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintains all staff personnel files
Maintains master files of personnel evaluations and makes copies on monthly basis for the appropriate department supervisor
Keeps all evaluation forms current
Sends deficiency notices to personnel
Acts as Receptionist for the office, answering inquiries of general nature form applicants, visitors,clients and professional staff, assisting them in a friendly and cooperative manner
Checks insurances
Responsible for intakes/referrals
Sends out prior authorizations for insurances
maintains open communication between clients, nurses and Administrator
Sends out orders to Doctors
maintains schedule for supervisory visits
reporting changes in patient status to Administrator
Must be organized
Opening and closing the office
Any other duties as assigned by the Administrator
