We are a rapidly growing service company in the lake country area looking for a part-time office assistant to join our team. This person will be an integral part of our day to day operations in the office. We have lots of customers that we service on a recurring basis and need help in managing those clients and the schedule for their services. Person will also help to prospect new clients and help administer those needs.

Other general office duties might be assigned on an as needed basis including data entry, filing, phone work. This person will assist the Office Manager with overflow of their duties as needed as well and help cover the office on days they may be out.

Candidate will need to have great communication skills, in person, over the phone and via electronic channels. Experienced in all aspects of Microsoft office and google calendar. We also use a dispatching software that would need to be learned, so ability to learn and understand new tools quickly is a must.

Ideal schedule will be Monday, Tuesday and then Wednesday or Thursday from 9am to 3pm. As we continue to grow this could grow into a more full time position. Paid vacation after 1 year (Even for part time employees).
