Sidello Asset Management is seeking a leasing agent for our New Berlin office, which manages three large multi family complexes. Our long term agent is retiring in August of 2022, and we are hoping to start someone in June of 2022.
Hours: 10am-5:30pm, four days per week with alternate Fridays off! Occasional Saturday's may be needed.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Greets, assists, and attempts to lease apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
Maintains all resident files both physical and digital in Rent Manager
Performs additional functions from time to time as requested by owner
Minimum of 6 months experience in multifamily housing
Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
Have good verbal and written communication
Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents.
Must be an organized self-starter
Must be professional in appearance and demeanor
A valid Driver's License, as is a clean background check required.
