The Property Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the management team, maintaining reports and records, and assisting with financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will enjoy a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, and work with a high level of professionalism. Primary duties for this role and requirements are as follows:RESPONSIBILITIESProvide administrative support to the Management team, including but not limited to, preparing documents and spreadsheets, conducting research, analyzing and preparing financial information, and responding to internal and external questions.Prepare and manage purchase orders for property service contracts and capital projects.Assist in the development of property budgets and monthly financial packages.Update vendor and property management worksheets and database.Interface with contractors as work orders are issued.Work closely with the Management Team to develop and implement innovative programs, processes and products that reduce operating costs and increase efficiency and productivity.Onboard new commercial tenants.Assist in the administration of commercial tenant leases and project management, as required.Support and adhere to company policies while delivering services that meet client requirements, local, state, and federal regulations, and industry standards.Participate in a wide variety of other projects and tasks as assigned or requested.REQUIREMENTSCompetencies, Skills, & AbilitiesExcellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication skills.Positive attitude and dedicated team player with the ability to follow direction and provide ideas to increase efficiency and quality.Meticulous, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping, with excellent follow-through.Outstanding organization and time-management skills.Work effectively in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities with a diplomatic, professional, and customer-focused approach.Ability to work well independently with limited supervision, and as a part of a team.Demonstrates the highest level of integrity and business ethics.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including outstanding spreadsheet and word processing skills.Education & ExperienceAt least one - two years of experience in real estate or property management and an Associate's degree in related field is required.AdditionalMinimal local travel (less than 5%)Must have a valid driver's license.BENEFITS OFFEREDHealth, Dental, & Vision InsurancePaid Time Off & Paid Holidays401(k) PlanLife InsuranceShort-term & Long-term DisabilityEmployee Assistance Program
