Do you enjoy working in a retail environment but not working every holiday? Are you looking for a position that allows you to have more work life balance? We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist who can focus on relationship building with existing clients and selling our products to new clients. This person will work with our Retail team, along with support from our Marketing and Inventory teams. A Customer Care Specialist will have the following traits:

- Someone who is both task-oriented and people-oriented
- Content to work independently for extended stretches of time

Duties include:
1. Exceed expectations for Company Core Values.
2. Build relationships with all (approximately 2,000) of our clients
3. Help our clients shop and make suggestive sales
4. Answer and direct phone calls
5. Maintain clean store
6. Stock the store and help manage warehouse
7. Drive the forklift
8. Go to customer’s house to deliver product or perform operation instructions
9. Open and close the store regularly
Requirements Include:
Possession of a valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Passing a Pre-employment Drug Screen
Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively
Weekend Availability a must(Store opened Saturday 9am-5pm and Sundays 10am-2pm during summer, closed on Sundays during the winter)
This is a full-time position (40+ hours) with a complete benefits package. Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Short-term Disability, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation, and 401K Plan with company match. $1,000 Sign on Bonus to be paid out as $250 after 90 days, $250 after 6 months, $500 after 1 year of continued employment.
