Bel Aire Flowers is looking for an energetic and creative floral designer to join our family-owned flower shop.
Bel Aire Flowers is a family-run business that specializes in high-quality, custom floral arrangements and outstanding personal service. We pride ourselves on using fresh, premium flowers and designing in a variety of unique, creative styles.
We are seeking an experienced floral designer to join our team. Floral shop experience or floral design certification is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
Creating a wide range of floral designs for everyday occasions, events, and weddings
Providing excellent customer service in-store and over the phone
Handling and processing fresh product with care
Entering and managing customer orders using our computer system
Maintaining the flower shop, including in-store displays, window displays, and plant presentations
Schedule & Compensation:
Flexible schedule, approximately 20–30 hours per week
Additional hours available during holidays, weddings, and special events
Competitive pay based on experience
