Position: Contractor for 6 months (possible CTH)

Role:
Responsible for the full recruiting life-cyle:
• Conducts initial screening, interviews, assesses and recommends candidates for job openings.
• Be a trusted advisor to hiring managers for job opening requirements.
• Posts open positions internally and externally.
• Reviews resumes to identify the best qualified candidate
• Ensures hiring decisions are defendable and reflect job requirements.
• Drive the offer process, including creating draft offer letters and extending offers to qualified candidates in partnership with hiring managers
• Collaborate with our third-party vendors for sourcing, recruiting contractors.
• Adheres to all regulatory and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
• You have 3+ years of recent recruiting experience.
• You are driven and you always find ways of improving the quality of your work.
• You are a team player and you strive for having great collaboration across teams and functions.
• You possess strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
• Passionate about giving each candidate who interviews at an unique and positive experience.
• You care deeply about your work and approach it with curiosity and integrity.
