Description:

Acquires and maintains in-depth knowledge of one or more functional/business systems or applications. Works closely with customer representatives to define application solutions and test case creation that meet business needs. Communicates application requirements to project team members. Completes high level designs for new or existing systems. Identifies critical system dependencies. Provides business and application consultation for project and support teams. 3-5 years of experience is required for this role.

You'll work across functions and/or departments to understand the needs of the business, facilitating relationships between business clients and technical resources. With a focus on addressing business processes and the underlying systems that support those processes, you will identify options, work to gain consensus on approach, develop requirements and related business rules, and work closely with business unit and technology subject matter experts to implement solutions for solving complex business challenges. Confident, persuasive, and persistent, you will negotiate and connect with business clients, vendors, and field-based employees to ensure expectations are handled and critical objectives are addressed. Upon solution implementation, you will drive organizational change management activities to promote adoption of the change and minimize impact to people and processes.

3-5 years of experience is required for this role.

Experience/knowledge of Contact Center operations/processes to include analysis, design, documentation, using industry best practices and standards
Understanding of the following technologies: PowerBI, DataFlows, DataSets, Data Modeling and Informatica
Accountable for identifying, understanding and detailing the current state, opportunities for improvement and future state business processes in order to meet business objectives. Includes problem definition, cost benefit analysis and options analysis. Scope of efforts may cross departments and/or business functions.
Accountable for eliciting, analyzing, representing and validating sophisticated business needs to build requirements in order to achieve business objectives. Identifies options and negotiates to achieve consensus in order to meet enterprise business needs.
Negotiates and communicates with business clients, vendors and leadership to develop strong relationships to ensure objectives are addressed and expectations are handled.
Accountable for identifying and leading client acceptance testing, training and communication needs in order to ensure successful implementations.
Accountable for providing information and analysis for the business including ad-hoc reporting and measures and metrics in order to support the business decision making process.
Demonstrated flexibility to adjust to changing business needs by effectively running and prioritizing large or complex concurrent assignments
Demonstrable ability to identify and nurture relationships with key partners representing a broad range of functions and levels.
Validated ability to negotiate strategically in difficult situations with both internal and external groups to include settling differences
Superb communication skills focused on facilitation of meetings; ability to deliver informational, well-organized documentation and presentations and ability to optimally communicate in difficult and sensitive situations
Knowledgeable in current policies, practices, and ability to anticipate future trends affecting the business unit from a systems and process perspective.

In addition to the above, the Technical Analyst should be able to do the following:
- Gather and understand the requirements to the level that it can be broken down in to logical stories telling the developers what is supposed to be changed or implemented.
- Assist with validating the changes by working with the QC team and defining use cases
- Represent the features to Business team and be able to understand priority

Ideally, this person would be able to be onsite on Tuesdays, Milwaukee. We will also look at remote candidates.
This could be a contract to hire role, for the right individual.

Must haves:

Decent technical knowledge of Database querying languages like Oracle, PostGres, AWS, etc. Excellent communication
Documentation and Coordination skills
Business logic/functionality understanding and sharing with other teams
Critical thinking and problem solving
Taking ownership
