Goff's Collision Repair Centers, with 7 area locations, is looking for an experienced, customer-focused professional to fill our role ofÂCollision Estimator at our Germantown Location
Over the years, we have built a highly recognized automotive repair business throughout the Greater Milwaukee and the surrounding areas due to our diligence in striving to hire those who will continue to foster and sustain the relationships we have built. Applicants must have previous quality customer service experience in a body shop or insurance related field. Estimating experience is required.Â
Our Estimators are responsible for:
greeting our customers in a friendly and inviting manner
collecting and updating all customer information
properly writing up customer vehicle repairs
working closely with insurance companies to confirm the specific company protocols are adhered to
monitoring the repairs of vehicles
selling value-added services to customers
accurately updating the computerized notes system to clearly show the story of the repair
communicating with customers throughout the entire service repair process

Requirements for this position:Â
2 years collision estimating experience
Experience with Mitchell, Audatex and/orÂCCC
Valid Driver's license & clean driving record
The ability to work on a deadline
I-Car certifications is a plus
