Description:

QA automation engineers design automated tests by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically. This includes determining the priority for test scenarios and creating execution plans to implement these scenarios. Designing documentation for automated processes

Must haves

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 6-8 years professional software testing and quality engineering experience
• Creates complex test strategies and plans with minimal guidance.
• Recognizes and evaluates workload model for automated testing; understands context, and teaches others to adapt testing approaches.
• Creates and executes complex test cases using appropriate techniques.
• Captures and analyzes appropriate test metrics, making recommendations as appropriate.
• Provides accurate testing effort time estimates.
• Leads the testing process of complex, integrated systems with specific business rules around quality engineering automation.
• Evaluates and provides feedback for others' testing deliverables as appropriate.
• Recommends and influences leadership when test automation is relevant; executes test automation strategy including measuring success, stability, relevancy.
• Actively promotes test engineering tool standards.
• Lead role in troubleshooting and debugging automation issues.

Nice to haves:

• 1+ years' professional experience with .NET development including exposure to .NET Core.
• Professional experience working with API's and JS implementations such as React, NextJS etc.
1+ years' professional experience developing on Content Management Systems or Digital Experience Platforms such as Optimizely
• Demonstrated critical thinking, ownership mindset and continuous learning.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Have a passion for operational excellence, problem- solving, and ownership in accomplishing challenging goals.
• Continuously upgrade own technical skills, to understand and influence architecture and supporting infrastructure.
• Drive continuous improvement through operational measurement and analytics.
