Consumer Connected Services (CCS) a Division of The Hillman Group has an opening for a Kiosk Technician in the Greater Milwaukee Market area.
Job Description:
The Consumer Connected Services Kiosk Technician is the primary contact with our customer locations. In this role, the Kiosk Tech re-stocks kiosks, orders product, cleans, does preventative maintenance and responds to service and repair dispatches as needed. This position will be responsible to cover an established route, (of appx. 70-75 machines), once every 4-6 weeks. Typically, this takes about one to two hours per machine (including drive time) on avg. The schedule for routine service calls (re-stocking and cleaning) is flexible within the week with some basic work schedule parameters. Saturday service is sometimes required as we are a retail service company. The kiosk tech is required to give an ETA on any unscheduled service calls within 4 hours, and an on-site visit within 24 hours.
Compensation:
You will begin your career with Hillman CCS with a starting rate of $17.00 per plus a hour, plus a mileage allowance for use of your personal vehicle After the initial training period you will become a full-time base plus commission Kiosk Technician and will paid a combination of an adjusted hourly base figured component plus commission based on the revenues for the established kiosks you service in your territory. The compensation for the first year on this existing route is expected to be between $39,000 to $41,000 plus an annual revenue improvement bonus if achieved. Room for continued revenue growth is expected. You will also receive a, company gas card, and a cell phone allowance. Your territory would cover approximately a 90 miles radius centered in the Milwaukee metro market area.
Education / Experience/Requirements:
-High school Diploma, GED, associate degree or equivalent required
-Background in equipment repair and maintenance is required
-Prior experience in retail, merchandising, field operations or customer service
-Computer literacy, including office productivity applications such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email.
-Ability to represent MinuteKEY/Hillman professionally at all times.
-Ability to lift 25- 50 lbs.; can bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time
-Must have an excellent driving record with a valid driver's license
-Must have reliable transportation with automobile insurance
-MVR, drug screen and background checks are required
Training specific to the kiosks will be provided to all new employees.
