Customer Service Representive
Very Fast Paced, High Volume & Family Owned ASE Certified Repair Facility.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
Multi-tasking is a must in this job. You will be required to take care of several tasks at once. Along with, making sure customers are satisfied and taken care of quickly and efficiently.
- Record all Customer requests/ concerns on initial repair order
-Assess vehicle inspections and recommend appropriate repairs based off inspections
- Finalize repair order with correct/ updated billing or recommendations
- National Account billing
- Tire quotes & repair quotes
- Scheduling - manage bay time and customer wait time
- Build an honest and trustworthy relationship with customers
- Dispatch repairs orders to appropriate technicians
- Update customers on all repairs and time repairs will be completed
This is performance-based career! All areas from time/bay management to productivity and profit generated are accounted for and rewarded
Requirements:
Efficient Computer Skills
Valid Driver's License
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 Years Service/ Tire Shop Experience
