Classic Seamless Gutters is hiring an experienced Lead Gutter Technician to run a crew and handle high-quality gutter installations across southeastern Wisconsin.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who truly knows gutter systems, can lead confidently, and takes pride in doing the job right.
Job Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage a gutter installation crew
-Install 5", 6", and 7" K-style gutter systems
-Work with aluminum, steel, and copper
-Ensure proper pitch, drainage, and performance
-Drive company trucks and transport crew/equipment
-Maintain job quality, safety, and efficiency
-Represent the company professionally on-site
What You Need:
-Strong experience with gutter system installation
-Ability to run and organize a crew
-Knowledge of aluminum, steel, and copper systems
-Good problem-solving and job-site leadership
-Valid driver’s license & clean record
-Reliable, detail-oriented work ethic
Pay & Benefits:
