Large property management company has an immediate opening for a full time maintenance technician. Premier 260 unit apartment complex in Milwaukee's north shore Village of Fox Point. Applicants must be proficient in trades such as carpentry, plumbing and electrical. Knowledge of HVAC systems would be an asset. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, thorough, clean cut, and self-starting person who can work well with others to join our professional team. Applicants will need to provide their own tools and have a valid drivers license.
Our company offers a competitive wage and benefits. Hours of operation are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday but may vary. Rotating "on call" schedule will also apply.
