Property Management Company seeking Full Time - SKILLED & EFFICIENT handyman with a diplomatic and positive attitude to serve our apartment buildings.
SALARY: $15.00 per hour
DUTIES INCLUDE; Minor Plumbing, Minor Electrical, Carpentry, some appliance repair, Painting, Patching and Drywall. Cleaning/Maintenance, Lawn Maintenance, Snow Shoveling and Snow Plowing, Ground Keeping and Swimming Pool Cleaning. Snow Plowing and Swimming Pool experience highly desirable.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift up to 80 pounds; ability to bend, twist, stoop, and climb ladders. Must have a valid driver's license with proof of a good driving record we provide a vehicle to get from location to location. Applicants must be detail oriented, extremely dependable and reliable. Must be proficient with Work Orders, Time cards and Time Logs/Reports.
