Mad City Windows and Baths, Wisconsin's #1 Home Improvement company is looking to add a product installation trainer to its corporate team!
The Product Installation Trainer will be responsible for assisting with the on boarding of new contractors and training of their crews on company required installation procedures and expected quality. This position will also be responsible for forming an official company installation technique handbook with documented pictures of expected standards.
Job Duties:
-Onboard new crews
-Teach, train and coach new crews
-Creation of descriptive Installation technique handbook
-Daily travel between Madison, Milwaukee and Green Bay markets as needed as new contractors are hired in each market
-Training will be provided on company specific products but an extensive background in remodeling is required with an emphasis on product knowledge of replacement windows, doors, bathroom remodels, siding and roofing
Qualifications:
-Must be okay traveling- occasional hotel stay may be necessary
-Window, siding, bath replacement knowledge
-Strong background in construction and project planning
-Supervisory experience
-Previous training experience
-Strong verbal communication skills
