Successful candidates come from construction experience in a physically demanding role. They will be working within a team setting to install and set-up solar panel systems on commercial projects and job sites. They will be expected to climb ladder and work on rooftops of buildings. Installers will be using hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, and working off drawings and blueprints. SHIFT: 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Mon-Fri, occasional Sat as well) Current crews work between 50-70 hours weekly PAY: $16-$22 (depending on tenure and construction skills) BENEFITS/ADDITIONAL PERKS: Large room for growth/advancement within first 2-3 years with the company into lead or foreman roles. The company grew 500% in 2018-2019, expecting the same in the next couple years. ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION: -Daily per diems -Meals, lodging and transportation expenses will all be paid by the company for projects that require overnight travel -Project Completion bonuses TRAVEL/PROJECTS: 75% travel out-of-state 25% local to Madison area First project would be in Pennslyvania starting on December 2nd About AerotekOur people are everything.
