SUMMARY OF POSITION: This role is responsible for the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns supporting the feminine care brand to drive engaging, consistent messaging across omni-channels (Data Driven Marketing (Display & Video, Mobile App, Social), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Website. Partnering closely with external agencies and a cross functional team, the incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of various digital marketing channels and PR-related activities. This role reports to the Senior Brand Manager, AFC eCommerce.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Drives strategies and tactics to solidify marketplace position and marketing plans

  • Develops and executes annual operating plans and marketing plans that deliver financial objectives and aligns with total XX brand strategies

  • Assists in managing the A&CP budget to stay on track in delivering quarterly and annual financial commitments

  • Analyzes consumer data, market share reports, sales reports and other digital data to understand brand performance, product health and to track progress against marketing initiatives and return on investment analysis for marketing programs

  • Participates in customer business planning process and collaborates with BU Sales team to ensure delivery of net sales and market share objectives

  • Collaborates with Strategy & Innovation counterparts and directs the brand to ensure the brand promise is threaded through all brand activities

  • Contributes to the development and execution of portfolio pack, pricing, trade promotion and distribution strategies

  • Participates in monthly brand demand reviews, capacity reviews, risk mitigation and incremental sales opportunities

  • Coordinates with eCommerce on development and implementation of activities in-field. Develop and deploy eCommerce channel strategies for brand

  • Act as Agility Leader developing and managing test and learn sprints to drive agility learning through to advertising, eCommerce and B&M presence (rapid learn and apply)

  • Stays current on digital marketing trends, developing capability of self and broader business team

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Travel up to 10% of the work time. Travel may also include business travels via aircrafts and motor vehicles to various locations.

  • Role is based at the K-C location in Neenah, WI

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, PR or related field and minimum 7 years prior marketing experience with CPG company, retailer or agency.

  • Strong Consumer Understanding, including behaviors, journeys and sentiments

  • Creative and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of urgency and drive for results.

  • Strong Digital IQ/Digital Experience (experience delivering 1:1 consumer engagement through CRM capabilities and hyper-targeting)

  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices.

  • Strong analytical, decision making, influence, and compelling communication skills

  • Solid understanding of brand foundational tools, consumer insight identification, segmentation and target development

  • High familiarity with brand development planning, innovation and creative ideation processes

  • Strong skills and experience with diagnosing and resolving complex problems and opportunities

  • Demonstrated capability of building a strong, positive, winning and caring team culture and build talent

  • Ability to craft vision and strategy and make it come to life with actionable plans

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross functional teams to deliver strong innovation plans

  • Highly capable of writing/evaluating initiative and communications briefs

  • Demonstrated capability to make tough, informed decisions quickly to keep performance on track

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Marketing, PR or related field

  • 4+ years digital marketing experience preferred.

  • Previous team leadership and or formal coaching/mentoring accountability
