Looking for Sous Chef ($35-$40K salary), or Lead Line Cook, $16-$17 per hour
We take pride in making everything from scratch. Our food, beer, cocktails, and live music are all as original as possible, and we need highly motivated people who care about doing things right on our team.
Experienced Line Cook responsibilities include:
Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
Collaborate with the Chef and Cooks to prepare meals during our dining hours
Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
Rotate stock items as per established proceduresRestock kitchen for subsequent shifts
Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift
