Fulltime Maintenance Technician needed for apartment buildings in Ashland. Must have own tools, valid drivers license and auto insurance. Experience in plumbing, general maintenance, painting, grounds, janitorial, snow removal and carpentry is preferred. Would be responsible for unit turnovers, resident maintenance, common area maintenance and grounds upkeep. Must be good with people, self disciplined and must be very detailed oriented.
