Part time maintenance person needed for small apartment building in Superior. Must have own tools, valid drivers license and auto insurance. Experience in plumbing, general maintenance, painting, grounds, janitorial, snow removal and carpentry required. Would be responsible for unit turnovers, resident maintenance, common area maintenance and grounds. Must be good with people, self disciplined and must be very detailed oriented.
