Requirements:
Possess agricultural knowledge
Have solid computer skills
Understand general mechanical/technical terms
Experience with agricultural equipment
Ability to explain financial options is vital
Responsibilities:
Sell new and used large agriculture equipment, parts, and service in a professional manner
Build, grow, and maintain strong customer relationships and monitor those relationships throughout customer interface with all departments of Tractor Central
Provide superior customer service and offer smart, efficient, solutions that result in exceptional customer satisfaction
