We’re looking for a Corporate & Community Partnerships Program Manager to lead and oversee ATC's corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with corporate partner, aligning partnerships with organizational goals, and managing the corporate giving program. The Program Manager will also lead communications for these initiatives, develop and track performance metrics, and oversee United Way campaigns.Essential Responsibilities:In this role, you’ll use your bachelor’s degree and five years’ experience in corporate sponsorships or community support to develop and implement strategies for corporate partnerships and sponsorships that align with ATC's goals and values, serve as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring partner satisfaction and identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that support ATC's strategic objectives. You’ll also chairs our Corporate Giving Council, manage the corporate giving budget, including tracking expenses and developing performance reports and oversee the application process for corporate giving, working directly with potential partners and applicants.ATC embraces flexibility in our work and our workplace.
