Looking for Holiday dollars, Manpower has a client in Racine WI looking for an HR generalist / Recruiter to cover a 12 week project. This person would work Monday through Friday, with a pay rate $22-$24 per hour depending on experience. The hours are either 730-430 or 8-5.Job DescriptionThe Corporate Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success through the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Corporate Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetingsReview job descriptions and create job postingsLead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open positionEfficiently and effectively fill open positionsDevelop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of needResearch and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitingPost openings in online venues, newspaper classifieds, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venuesUse social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidatesADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES AND RECORD KEEPING:Manage the use of recruiters and headhuntersReview applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirementsConduct phone and prescreening interviewsMaintain all pertinent applicant and interview dataAssist in performing reference and background checks for potential employeesAssist in writing and forwarding rejection lettersAssist in interviewing and selecting employees onsiteAssist in preparing and sending offer and acceptance packagesAssist in preparing and sending new employee orientation packagesEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:A bachelor's degree is requiredFour plus years of human resources experience required; four plus years of human resources corporate recruiting experience preferredPlease submit resume with educationYou can also apply with Manpower at www.Manpower.comIf you have any question you can call Diane at 262-694-2759 x70413ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
