Excellent Front Desk Position for a growing dental office FULL TIME, our requirements are:
1. You have customer service experience and have customer management skills
2. You have experience in medical/dental or extensive customer service and customer engagement experience.
3. You are Bi-lingual, English and Spanish
4. You have 2 to 5 years experience with Dentrix (STRONGLY PREFERRED)
5. You have knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA and CPR basics (NOT REQUIRED, but preferred)
6. You have dealt with insurance companies, done preauthorizations
7. We provide full benefits with Health Insurance and 401K Plan

The selected candidate will start at $14/hr if you have limited Customer Service expereince and are bi-lingual
The selected candidate will start at $15/hr if you have strong Customer service experience and are bi-lingual
The selected candidate will start at $17/hr if you have stroeng Customer service experience, bi-lingual, and Dentrix experience of at least two years (Proficient in Dentrix)
