We are looking for a licensed nurse to join our team at Fox Point the assisted living / memory care. This position reports to the director of Nursing and may be required to supervise other staff positions. Maybe responsible for new admissions to include assessments and documentation. Responsible for completing care plans and clinical system tracking. Notifying physician and or family member of any changes.

Qualifications
Must have a Licensed Practical Nurse's Current in the state in which they are practicing.
