Multi-Site Residential Maintenance Tech
Job Type: Full-time
Property Management company seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to provide general maintenance and repair services across portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be willing to travel site to site completing maintenance work orders, property clean up and any other tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor and Managers. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
Job Qualifications:
Must have excellent time management skills
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions including snow removal
Minimum of one (1) year apartment building maintenance experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently
Honest and reliable
Valid drivers license
Be available for after-hour building emergencies (on-call schedule), overtime as needed
Be able to pass a background check
The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance repairs that involve the following skills:
Plumbing
- Electrical
- Drywall patch and repair
Painting
Appliance Repair
Taking direction and accomplishing daily goals
Compensation:
Negotiable/ based on experience
