Full time first shift maintenance position 35-40 hours per week. Individual should have their own equipment and be able to perform minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall and small gasoline engine repairs and assist with snow removal from sidewalks using a snow blower provided by the employer.
Plumbing:
1. Replacing electric hot water heaters.
2. Testing and replacing elements in electric hot water heaters.
3. Replacing faucet cartridges and faucets.
4. Replacing garbage disposals.
5. Setting toilets.
6. Repairing toilet tank parts.
6. Snaking drains.
Flooring:
1. Installing vinyl flooring (no seaming required).
2. Install LVP (luxury vinyl plank) floors.
Carpentry
1. Hanging kitchen cabinets.
2. Replacing counter tops.
3. Hanging doors.
4. Replacing wood trim and wood molding.
Electrical
1. Replacing light fixtures.
2. Trouble shooting intercom systems.
3. Trouble shoot fire alarm system.
Drywall - doorknob holes to hanging entire sheets, taping, mudding, matching texture.
Paint - interior and exterior
Small gasoline engine repair and maintenance
1. Changing belts
2. Sharpen blades.
3. Change oil.
Miscellaneous
1. Hanging blinds.
2. Appliance repair: dishwashers, sleeve a/c units, refrigerators, electric stoves, electric dryers and washing machines.
3. Must not be afraid of extension ladders.
Emergency Calls - must be available to assist with emergency calls.
Candidate must a neat personal appearance and a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Criminal background check.
