We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a multi-market sales environment. This role will be building his/her own customer base of clients through cold calling. A successful candidate must possess self-motivation, persistence, and tenacity to build the customer base.
Responsibilities:
Ability to close business and build relationships over the phone
Source new sales opportunities through company supplied leads, cold calls and emails
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest in our services
Provide outstanding service while building solid business relationships
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of Account Management and Sales experience, preferably B2B, ideally in one of our customer markets.
Professional and confident telephone skills along with the willingness to average 85 outbound calls per day
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively and efficiently
Self-starter, highly motivated, with minimal supervision
Track record with dealing with challenging customers
Outbound call center experience a plus.

Strong and reliable work ethic
Compensation and Perks:
Competitive pay and unlimited commissions $50,000-60,000 first year
