We are a custom home builder looking to add a journeyman carpenter & apprentice level carpenter to our team immediately. We are seeking framers with at least 2 years of custom home building experience. Candidates must be able to work from heights and have experience from the floor trusses to roof trusses and everything in between. We Work 40 hour weeks M-F and provide benefits after 30 days. Additional benefits include 401k, holiday pay & vacation pay. Carpenters must be available to work around the Lake Country and be willing to work year around in all weather conditions. Must be open to Racine County.
Additional Experience preferred
Ability to build from blueprints, drawing/skeches
Siding, soffit & fascia, decks/porches etc.
Qualifications
Reliable transportation to/from job sites
Ability to be on time and every day 7-3:30 pm.
Must be able to read tape measure
Must be able to lift 50 lbs routinely
Experience with carpenter power tools
Ability to keep & maintain a clean job site
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
