The Ragsdale Company is a high-end residential painting, decorating and finishing company with a niche focus on kitchen and bath renovations. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Lead Carpenter who has the ability to execute on a wide range of high-end projects.

Rough carpentry
Fine finish carpentry
Cabinet modifications/installations
Detailed knowledge of cabinet hardware
Knows the right materials to use for the right application
Trello for Project Management (training available)
Slack for Project Communication (training available)
Roles & Responsibilities
Works directly with Sales as needed to Estimate and Design Potential Projects
Works directly with Project Manager and Operations Manager to Execute Active Projects
Provides Daily and Weekly Project Updates
Reports Change Orders
Requests Material Orders
Troubleshooting
Ensures Company Standards of Quality and Service are Being Upheld
Ensures Safety Standards Are Being Upheld On Jobsites
We are Seeking an Individual with the Following Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience
Knowledge of Construction
Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Fluent in English (Spanish desirable) written and oral
Reliable Transportation & Tools
Legal to work in the US
Compensation:
$25-$30/Hour Starting Wage
Paid Vacation
