Position Title: Accounting
Wage: $20.00/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with accounts payable
- Process an average of 100 vendor invoices each day including intercompany and foreign currency
- Process vendor payments via check, ACH and wire transfer
- Manage vendor inquiries and work with purchasing and receiving departments to help resolve pricing and receiving discrepancies
- Review and resolve open purchase order receipts
- Report and review direct and indirect purchase price
- Demonstrate accuracy and provide feedback to improve performance
- Support and provide requested documentation to internal and external auditors
- Support month end activities including journal entries, reconciliations and financial reporting
Requirements for Accounting:
- Associate’s degree in accounting or related field
- Accounts Payable experience in manufacturing strongly preferred
- Microsoft Office products including Excel strongly preferred
- Proficient at data entry including experience with 10 key calculators
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledgeable of basic accounting functions
- Good analytical, communication and organizational skills
